01Do I actually need a stormwater permit?
If you disturb one or more acres of land, or you operate a facility in a regulated industrial sector, you almost certainly need coverage under a TCEQ general permit. Our free assessment confirms it in minutes.
02Construction or industrial — which permit applies?
Construction sites disturbing one acre or more are typically covered by the Construction General Permit (TXR150000). Operating industrial facilities in regulated sectors fall under the Multi-Sector General Permit (TXR050000). We determine which applies to you in writing.
