Applicability of SPCC Regulations
A facility is covered by the SPCC rule if it has an aggregate above-ground oil storage capacity greater than 1,320 U.S. gallons, or a buried storage capacity greater than 42,000 U.S. gallons, and there is a reasonable expectation of an oil discharge into, or upon navigable waters in the U.S. or adjoining shorelines.
Oil of any type and in any form is covered including, but not limited to:
petroleum, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse, oil mixed with wastes other than dredged spoil, fats, oils or greases of animal, fish, or marine mammal origin; vegetable oils, including oil from seeds, nuts, fruits, or kernels; and other oils and greases, including synthetic oils and mineral oils.

Trainings
SPCC Training is taken at least once per year and/or during the on-boarding process. It consists of good management practices that prevent the risk of oil discharge into navigable waters
Periodic Inspections
SPCC compliance includes periodic inspections conducted monthly, quarterly and yearly, based on the type of hazardous substances stored at the facility
Maintenance of Spill Kits and Fire Extinguishers
A well stocked spill kit with along with fire extengiushers are required to be inspected regularly and need to be stored at a location identified on the SPCC map
Drone Guided Inspections
Our inspectors are FAA-Certified drone pilots and gather visual evidence for inspections utilizing state of the art Drones. Our Software can also utilize this footage to prepare DSM and 3D interactive models of your facility
